And by "we," I really mean "Republicans." This is at least the fourth time I've seen crap like this. I saw the same for John Roberts, although curiously not for Myers; I guess not everyone deserves an "up-or-down vote." If House or Senate Democrats ever start doing this, I hope they take away the caucus for good.
