How in the world this reporter can sit there and say this is good politics, or even good policy, is beyond me: A "C" average and you'll get free college tuition? Can you say "Budget Buster"?

There's no way the State of Iowa can afford this. And if we're going to set a standard, shouldn't we set it a little higher than a "C"?

I'd also be interested in knowing if there's a limit on how many years they can go to college, and to what other degree we'll be paying their way. I've known a few people in my life that I would have to call "career college students".
