While we claimed above that everyone in "the rest" pack of candidates finished "sixth," the real answer on the Democratic side is that Vilsack really is a close sixth in our book. The only reason we kept him out of our top 5 is because we just don't know how he raises the $25-40 million he's going to need in '08. And while that's also a question mark for Richardson, the issue needs of the party fit Richardson like a glove, probably better than any candidate in the field.
