I know that the conservative bloggers out there think this is such a victory for their side - but we shall see. Obviously this will not pass, but that's not the point. This was supposed to bring the fact that Bush breaks the law when he wants back into the public discourse.

This shows that (some) Democrats do and will stand up to the imperial President. And it's probably not a big loser for Feingold or Democrats as Bush's approval is in the toilet, just like his Presidency.
