All three candidates looked good on TV. Whalen somehow found the strength to keep his head still, and not look like a bobble head doll. The only weird thing was Brian Kennedy’s eyes, I don’t know if the man blinked the entire time, it freaked me out. Before the program started I thought it was kinda funny that each of the sponsors of Iowa Press were associated with Bill Dix. The sponsors of the program are the Iowa Bankers Association, Associated General Contractors, and Capitol Resources. Both the Bankers and General Contractors are maxed out Dix donors, and Capitol Resources is Bill’s fundraiser. I thought this alone might have got Mod Whalen to start wheezing.
