There is a good chance today that the Iowa House of Representatives and the State Senate will override the Governor Vilsack's veto of the Eminent domain bill. The House and Senate passed the bill with bi-partisan support during the legislative session. An override will be an embarrassment for the Governor Vilsack who is trying to run for President. Nothing like your state legislature giving you a bi-partisan smack down to end your presidential campaign before it even starts.
