I have a new organization that matches, and it is a pretty high bar, the lead for number of emails daily sent out. Heretofore the Christian News Network had set the standard for most press releases emailed (the most recent this morning — "Who Does Dick Durbin Represent?"), but now the House Republican Border Security Bulletin equals CNN in frequency. That aside, just got word that one of the 19 hearings on border security through Sept. 1 will be held in Iowa. Ensuring that the immigration policy fight will move into the fall and likely impact the November elections, eight House committees will hold 19 hearings in 12 states.
