11:10 PM: Miller-Meeks ahead in 2nd CD race
The 2nd District congressional race shows Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks leading Peter Teahen by 600 votes, 45 to 41 percent with 92 percent of the vote in. Lee Harder has garnered 14 percent of the vote.
