Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee criticized the Bush Administration's handling of Hurricane Katrina and blasted the former Republican-led Congress Friday at the IowaPolitics.com-Drake luncheon.
Huckabee, who also said a formal presidential candidacy announcement is coming soon, was the featured guest of the monthly luncheon held at Drake University. It was his third stop in Iowa Friday. The Republican presidential hopeful started the morning taping a segment on Iowa Press on IPTV and also visited with Republicans at the Iowa Statehouse.

Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback is set to unveil a plan to tackle the future of Social Security later this week. The Republican presidential candidate offered a sneak preview of that plan to nearly 40 people at a Monday luncheon at The Machine Shed restaurant.
